Project Energy Saver’s new product is a comic book, featuring Captain Electro. The story begins with Billy, reading his favorite comic book to his eight-year-old sister, Maria. The two are surprised to learn that their comic book hero, Captain Electro, has come to life to teach them about the importance of saving energy. Captain Electro is the story’s superhero, whose primary weakness is wasted energy.

Outreach PostersOutreach Posters

Outreach posters provide a visible and low-cost way of advertising the availability of program funds. Posters are generally developed on a state-specific basis and can be customized for local agencies. Posters have been produced for the states of Maryland, Wisconsin, Virginia, Montana, and the District of Columbia, where they have been used on billboards, postcards, buses and subways.
